Patrick (Pat) Ramge is a Senior Vice President and the State of Florida Regional Manager of U.S. Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group. U.S. Bank serves Commercial Real Estate (CRE) clients in more than 30 U.S. markets with a focus on office, multifamily, industrial, lodging and single-family housing and retail segments. Pat has 30-plus years of experience in financial services and real estate. He started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1988, and also worked at Comerica Bank.

Pat graduated with a BS in Finance from Providence College. Active in the community, Pat is involved with Jack and Jill Children’s Center in Fort Lauderdale, and as a NBO member at Providence College. He was inspired to support Alfalit’s programs after a speech by Alfalit Board Chair, Joseph Milton, at a fundraising event. Pat credits his four plus years of involvement as a Board Member to the very tangible effects of Alfalit’s impact on our students.
