A Time for Everything
Bible Reading: Ecclesiastes 3:1-9
All my days, all my hours have been different. All of the times have been different–times to plant and to harvest, times to build up and to break down, times to laugh and to weep, times to lose and to find; times to keep and to cast away, times to hate and to love, times to receive and to give, to doubt and to believe, times of sin and of repentance….
Day after day, hour after hour, minute by minute, all of my time has been different. But I am always one. Whether in the mud or in glory, my SELF is ONE. I am one person. Lost or found, suffering or
enjoying, inert or active, asleep or awake, I am always MYSELF.
Even so, there is a vital difference hidden in me, dependent on me: the difference is in the road that I choose and follow.
I have been blessed since I took the ROAD TO SALVATION.
On that road, I go by day and by night, now and forever until eternity
Prayer
Thank you, eternal Father, for Christ who has saved me!
Through him, everything in me has changed. Although I am the same being, with the same name and the same body as yesterday, my destiny of damnation and death has turned into the abundant
eternal life that comes from you. Thank you, thank you, Lord! Sustain me today, and tomorrow, and until the end of my days and my arrival at your Fullness.
In the name of Christ, my Savior. Amen,
