Volunteers and their energies have blessed Alfalit since it began in 1961. These caring individuals provided our proven-effective literacy, basic education, and other programs to 8+ million people around the world – at no cost to students – and continue to do so. Leadership, volunteers, and the Board of Directors guide Alfalit with prayer, policy, and goal-setting and ensure resources are available to sustain these grass-roots, life-changing programs well into the future.
