Hector was born in Miami, FL and has a Cuban American background. He studied at the FIU Honors College, pursued a B.B.A. International Business (Summa Cum Laude), and achieved a Juris Doctor degree from the FIU College of Law. Hector has a history of working in the medical industry. He is also the managing attorney at Centurion Law Group in the legal fields of business, real estate, immigration, wills, trusts and estates, as well as personal injury and commercial litigation. Hector is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as in the State of Florida and Washington D.C.
